Adrian serves as Civitas’ Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Adrian previously was the General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary of Aris Water Solutions, Inc. where he oversaw the company’s legal, human resources, insurance, real estate, land and regulatory teams. Prior to Aris Water Solutions, Adrian served as the Vice President and General Counsel of Headlands Research, Inc. and spent 8 years at Concho Resources Inc., most recently serving as Deputy General Counsel until its sale to ConocoPhillips. Adrian began his career at Latham & Watkins LLP, where he represented clients from various industries in corporate and securities matters. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Milton earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Chicago Law School.
