Dean Tinsley is Senior Vice President of Operations for Civitas Resources, Inc. Previously Mr. Tinsley served as Senior Vice President, Operations for Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. where he was responsible for all operations of the company. Prior to joining Bonanza, Mr. Tinsley served as Director of Operations for WPX Energy in the Marcellus Region. He has more than 26 years of progressive experience in exploration and production management, operations and engineering and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University.
