SustainabilityCommunity

Civitas launched with a focus on community support and collaboration and we’re continuing to strengthen our relationships with neighbors every day. We don’t succeed unless we all succeed.

Community Partners

By partnering with local nonprofits, Civitas seeks to empower and support the communities where we operate through a variety of programs. Every community is unique and so are the projects designed to enhance residents’ lives. If you are a tax-exempt organization with certified 501(c)(3) status serving the communities of Colorado (Denver metro, Front Range, or Northern Colorado), West Texas/Permian Basin, or Eastern New Mexico, send your partnership/sponsorship and donation requests to: [email protected]. Please include in your request:

  • Organization name, address, phone number, and contact information
  • Brief statement of the organization’s history, goals, and accomplishments
  • Brief description of activity or project funding
  • A copy of the organization’s most recent IRS tax exemption 501 (c)(3) determination letter, tax ID number and most recent Form 990

Civitas Scholars

Civitas is committed to aiding students in their quest for higher education while supporting our local economy and workforce. In 2023 & 2024, Civitas provided over $400,000 of scholarship aid to graduating seniors in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico via the Civitas Community Foundation. In 2025, Civitas will be redesigning the Civitas Scholars program to partner directly with colleges and universities in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico.
