Senior Vice President, PermianSam Blatt
Sam Blatt serves as Civitas’ Senior Vice President in its Permian operations. Sam previously was the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Ox Resources and before that, was the Chief Operating Officer at Primexx Energy Partners where he led a multi-disciplinary team focused on the development of their Delaware Basin assets. Prior to Primexx, Sam served as Director of Operations for J Cleo Thompson Petroleum where his responsibilities included Asset Management, Reserves, Completion Design, and Business Planning for their Delaware and Midland Basin assets. Sam graduated with a B.S. Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from West Virginia University.
